Delivery

At Karvior, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please review our delivery guidelines below.


1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver watches across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.

  • International shipping is currently not available.


2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery (Within Pakistan): 2 – 5 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 5 – 7 business days.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).


3. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery may be offered on selected orders or promotions.

  • Standard delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across most locations in Pakistan.

  • Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with tracking details.

  • You can track your package through our courier partner’s website or helpline.


6. Delays

  • While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.

  • We will notify you in case of significant delays.


7. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable, the courier will contact you for rescheduling.

  • Orders may be canceled after two failed delivery attempts.
