1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or engraved watches.

  • Discounted or clearance sale items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return procedure.

  4. Ship the product back to our address (shipping costs for returns may apply, unless the product was damaged or incorrect).


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.

  • If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a bank transfer or store credit.


5. Replacements & Exchanges

  • If the product is available in stock, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are only possible for the same product or a product of equal value.
